Fellowship Focus
This program is crafted to equip rising leaders with:
• Deep understanding of Fintech systems and AI technologies

• A platform to develop and showcase a capstone project solving a major challenge in Fintech or AI

Month 1: Core Learning & Leadership Development
• Foundations of Fintech and AI
• Global trends and opportunities in digital finance and machine learning
• Leadership workshops (vision building, communication, systems thinking)
Month 2: Project Execution & Mentorship
• Each fellow undertakes a real-world innovation project
• Regular mentorship check-ins with experts
• Pitch preparation and final presentation
